Love the product but the website is not easy to use and parts of it don't work at all (eg Subscribe & Save facility, Log in screens disappear!). Also their phone system is rubbish. When you try and call someone for assistance it sounds like they're standing in a cupboard with a bucket on their head. I presume they're using VOIP to save money but it's really not good enough. Spend some money, fix your website & buy a proper phone!
