No stars. I had an email so corresponded with a Sophia. The silly fans they sent needed to be returned before refund. Paid £8.30 sent picture if parcel and receipt and they stopped communication after they told me a full refund for cheeseboards and returned packaged. I paid through PayPal. I told them the story and they refunded my money just today please chase your banks. I have the email if you need to speak to the company PayPal want you to try retrieve your money with them first.Please do I what I did. They need to be stopped as they are a fraudulent company. My money transfer went to "Zhiyuan'. Not recognised on Trust pilot. Keep reporting and I hope you get your money back. Don't send any products back as PayPal will not be able to refund the money.
