I placed an order on this online store on May 17th. The estimated delivery date was between May 27th and 28th. Today, June 5th, I still haven't received anything. The package hasn’t even been shipped.This morning I contacted them via WhatsApp to file a complaint, and they told me to request a refund. However, after that single message, they stopped responding. I’ve also tried calling several times, but after a few minutes on hold, an automated message says all operators are busy and to call back later. There’s no way to speak with someone or request my refund.At this point, it seems like the order has been completely abandoned and customer service is nonexistent. I do not recommend buying from this store. Very unprofessional and absolutely no post-sale support.
