I ordered a pair of hiking/running shoes, I followed their advice and ordered 1size up from my normal foot size, the shoes arrived and guess what, to big!!. They offered 20%off the price or £15.00 off the next order, what use is this? I have a pair of shoes that don’t fit!! Give this company a very wide berth.
