It's all a big con, swindle, Betrug. On receipt of the shoes, there is no proof of the orthopedic quality of the shoe, in fact there is no documentation or labeling of the shoes at all, no shoe size label and it costs 40€+ to return the shoes because they have to be returned to Hong Kong. All claims are excluded in small print on the web site. Best advice: Take the shoes into the back garden and burn them.
