Returning goods is a nightmare. The shoes I ordered were undersize but the 14-day free trial and "Money-Back Guarantee for Maximum Satisfaction" stated on its website turned out to be mythical. Naturstep insisted that the shoes (which, apart from being too small, hardly lived up to their ergonomic claims) be posted to China. This would have cost £19. I was offered a derisory 20% refund plus a £15 spending voucher which I would be unlikely to use.
