Please do not buy the Orthopaedic running and hiking shoes. I do a lot of running and walking and have done for many years. I was after a lightweight walking shoe. The soles are so thin, you feel every stone or twig on the ground. Even walking on the pavement is painful. As for running, with such a thin sole there is no cushion. These shoes are the worst purchase I have ever made of the internet. They did not even come in a box, I assume to save packaging costs. I had to email the company to chase up delivery.
