I have notified Trading Standards about this Company. This is a Chinese company (perhaps sole trader) 'supplying within the UK'. If you attempt to return, in my case where the shoes ordered smell so horrendously toxic I have had to put these in the garage to get the fumes out of the house, you are required to return to China 'at your cost'. They also appear extremely cheap with dreadful spelling errors on the branding, not the orthopaedic footwear sold. Any Company selling to UK consumers must observe UK legislation. Under the Consumer Rights Act and where goods are faulty it is the Seller who must cover the return costs. UK Buyers have 30 days, not 14, to return goods. I have seen this practice before from a company selling 'within the UK' and then requiring returns China. This appalling mis-selling needs to stop.
