I placed an order on the 10th May, acknowledged and delivery due the 19th. I arranged delivery to my local pickup point. Yodel appeared to lose my parcel, after checking I was advised to contact supplier for them to raise it with yodel. This I did and received an email apology they would investigate and reply within 2 working days!! E- mail asked not to recheck as that would put my enquiry to bottom of queue. No reply, after 3 weeks I asked for refund - same email response - no further action.Guess I can just put this down to a bad experience and loss of money.AVOID making a purchase from them.
