Absolute cretins. Blocked a card 3 months ago as lost.. 3 months later said card was used to make a transaction. Natwest have said they can not block lost or stolen cards and can still be used. No protection for customers money. Absolute joke of a bank who do nothing else but shut branches. Clos8ng account tomorrow
