One month ago my parents tried to raise a dispute concerning a Chinese doctor who refused to offer a refund for services we deemed not fit for purpose it is also worth noting that there is no sign of Indicator saying that refunds are not allowed. We then called our (Natwest) branch to raise a dispute. However this did not go well. I filled in the various automated online forms and kept getting replies back where I needed to repeat details over and over again that I had clearly already explained a few times. The bank themselves have expressed they constantly needed more evidence despite already having sufficient information. It was explained to me that the bank needs to follow the trader's rules and timeframe guidelines. However, there seems to be no indicator at all as to what the time frame is, and I feel like I am being taken advantage of.
