Although there is a time delay due to company being in a different time zone than me, that didn't keep them from responding to my concerns and doing everything they could to change my order (they cancelled the original order and I was able to order again, which works well if you're not in a hurry). I prefer this approach to Amazon, where it's difficult to reach anyone in customer service. The wait is worth it considering the quality of the product.
