I bought a paid membership as a recruiter on naukri.com
Even after that I could only download shortlisted CVs without the candidates contact details.
This is cheating.
Ridiculous, what is the point of buying a plan if we cannot get access to the candidates email or phone number.
Worst, we cannot connect with any customer care executive on phone, only the IVR works with limited options.
