I got support from Mr Aakash Yeware from Mumbai,the most dashing guy in Nautilus.He has the vision for Nautilus.I long to see him as fleet head one day.Nautilus needs to more proactive reason being sometimes we do get call from office but not proper response 😕 after that.Fleet department needs to improve.Best of luck and keep doing ur best as usual.Other fleet personnel should learn from him the way he convinces people, the way he interacts harmonising with company's cultural aspects.Nautilus needs to improve as one seaman had issue regarding salary due to change of management …2e ,oil tanker
