Horrible from start to finish. They could not meet the closing date. The processor was changed and we were not informed. Called on numerous occasions and could not get in touch with loan team. Details of the loan process were not explained which caused issues with the appraisal and ultimately our rate being 1% higher. Upper management also showed they do not value their members.
Due to this we have begun moving loans and accounts to USAA and will never do business with NFCU again. We will also advise everyone we know not to as well.
