As an account holder for 8 years+. TIL recently is probably the worse time I’ve ever dealt with. I refinanced my auto loan from navy fed to my local credit union. They sent a check out right away. Navy fed received it a a day later. Navy fed sent it back snail mail. I had to call and find out why it was sent back. They never notified me of any update. So 2 weeks went by without a word. I ended up having to make a payment with them including my new institution. I was told my check would be processed right away. Then my bank sent the check back to navy fed and they now can’t process it til 3-4 days. By far the worse experience I’ve had with Navy fed. They don’t care about their customers.
