The NBA International League Pass has appalling customer support. Requests to cancel a subscription are responded to with lies, misdirection and a refusal to cancel the subscription. Eventually (after they have stolen your money) they simply stop responding to emails and there is no other way to make contact. If you email the NBA directly they simply refuse to help because you live outside the US. Do not take out a monthly subscription unless you want to keep paying it forever.Beware ! Beware ! Beware !
