What an incompetent attitude.Customer service,have no skills of communication, unless you agree.What is very worrying, after waiting in all day how the customer service insist you didnt want any one to do the job, so they put the job on hold.What has happened to society, if you speak up ,they quickly lie and try to shut you down!
