He texted pre arrival and verified that his ETA would be acceptable.He got to work immediately to follow up on the previous Engineer's work, showed that one trap had trapped the mice and as there was evidence for a further follow up arranged and explained the status and set up the trap, blocked a hole and advised on securing all the entry points and materials required.He left us feeling confident that the next visit would be the last needed to clear the problem.
