I have this nightmare issues with Rodents and Liam actually managed to find out the root cause of the issues and took responsibility and accountability in managing this problem effectively by liaising with relevant departments to find a long term solution and ensuring that systematic and strategic traps are laid where the issue is to ensure not only we rectify the issue but also prevent it from happening in future.
