Really great experience, Phil Holmes contacted me nice and early with an ETA to save me waiting in all day, he was friendly and informative and spotted the problem area right away.He tackled the nest from the outside and as best he could inside (our loft is not boarded out therefore not safe to be dodging wasps up there), 3 days later we saw our last wasp and have not seen one since, so happy with the service provided, thank you very much!
