On the appointment day, Kelly arrived on time and spent 3 hours in my property, flagging several issues that I would never have been able to discover myself.Just 3 days after the visit, Kelly provided a very thorough yet visual list with many images that I could provide to my house builder. The list is quite easy to follow, but Kelly was kind enough to allow me to phone him if I was unsure about certain issues. He is very professional and nice.Having Kelly around to give a second opinion about the house and flagging the key issues to sort out has given me piece of mind.
