Received my comprehensive report later that evening, I picked up circa 5-10% of visual things, Kelly (NBIS) was able to identify many things I didn't see nor was aware of in terms of building regulations. Definitely worth the money as I can now raise these as snagging points
Overall would highly recommend, helpful, prompt and detailed service, won't be moving any time soon but definitely recommend!
