It was a pleasure this morning being attended to by October ❣️ She was very patient with me when I asked her to please repeat herself because I am hard of hearing. She took the time to search to be see if an optical provider that I wanted accepted my vision plan. That provider was not found. However, she reassured me that my plan was a good one and that if my desire was to go there, that it would be covered!She is an excellent employee to have for representation! Thank you!
