WARNING WARNINH WARNING!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They are the absolute worst in submiting a claim and getting a Prior Authorization. While the agents are very nice and try to help you but ultimately they are not supported by NCD.They ask for such ridiculous questionnaire, that is required from the dentist. NO ONE CAN RESOLVE THE ISSUE. POOR CUSTOMER RESOLUTION with MetLife. Be warned before spending dollar for this insurance. Fyi: this company is backed by MetLife.
