October was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable about my new insurance. She answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. She was patient with me when I had to stop and get onto my granddaughter for being loud and rude. Plus, I love her southern accent and with me being hard of hearing, I could clearly understand everything she was saying because she pronounced everything clearly.
