I had an issue today and saw the Chat symbol when I clicked on help so decided to try it. I got someone called Lisa whom I will assume was female and she was, Well let's say the complete opposite of knowledgeable to be really nice. After being ignored for more than 30 minutes during the chat I decided to call the Platinum Members number and got a gentleman whom I got his name but forgot to write it down. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and polite. It took us just a couple of minutes to remedy the problem. I have decided that I will never use chat again. I usually don't because of my past experiences with CHAT SUPPORT most any company has been generally a waste of time but I didn't listen to my inner self and got my blood pressure raised because of it.
