My experience with Neat Tech Support was Outstanding! I didn't expect the care and attentiveness with the help I received. I, and my case was handled so carefully & courteously! I'm not computer savvy, and Neattech+17 figured that out. The Politeness and Courtesy afforded me was unbelievable. Neattech+17, worked my case for two days with care and meticulous conviction to help get me running again with the newest online version of Neat Software. Caught Off Guard: I new I was in good hands when Neattech+17 advised me against exercising my option of aborting the sync process prematurely. For that I am truly grateful; as a result I still have all my old Neat archived files and folders. I know to Neattech+17, it was just another job. But, to me the assistance was over and beyond the call of duty! I felt like I was a customer with "Special Status" (LOL!!).
