Neatopod has exceeded my expectations, which says a lot since I'm particular with my expectations. Neatopod runs their business very professionally and generously. They respond to emails very quickly with direct, clear, and thorough explanations. Their print quality is.... perfect. The print is smooth, durable, large, placed correctly, vibrant, and perfectly aligned with no white underbase showing.They offer tee sizes up to big and tall size 10X, and this helps to fill a market gap. They just added the flex type print as an alternative option to DTG, and they will be adding polo shirts and camo tees, which demonstrates their progressive business style. They have gone out of their way to special order items for me and answer all my questions, and I am so grateful for this.What I thought was really crazy is their platform is the easiest to use compared to the five other POD platforms I have tried (four of them being big POD companies)! Also what people might not know immediately is that we are able to copy and paste the customer's name and address right into the neatopod website.I know I can rely on them to complete the job right without me having to wonder if the product might have an error, which could negatively affect my business! I'm so happy I found Neatopod!
