I have never encountered worse customer service. My robot wouldn't charge or clean properly, and I reached out for help, sending multiple emails and videos. The responses I received were poorly written and seemed to disregard the issues I raised. This has been ongoing for weeks without resolution. The product is still under warranty, and I cannot recommend this to anyone. The experience has been incredibly disappointing.
