Avoid this product; it's not worth it. My vacuum has been useless for the last six months, unable to turn on. It worked well initially, but the battery needed replacing after 14 months. Customer service sent me a link to purchase the battery, but after five months of communication, they couldn't find my order despite the payment being processed. I never received an order confirmation, and customer support was unhelpful. Losing money on a battery is one thing, but having a useless vacuum is unacceptable.
