Do not buy from this store - has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and I’m not convinced it isn’t a scam! This is what happened:1. Bought item2. 1 week later it still said ‘not shipped’ so I enquired3. I was told the item is no longer in stock and wait 5-10 days4. Item was still in stock on their website so I asked where it said the item was no longer in stock5. Was told the website had a glitch and it was being fixed6. I told them it was for my sisters bday and I needed it asap7. They told me to buy it from Amazon instead then and sent through a link 8. Checked the link and it was to a different item in a different colour and would take a minimum of 2 weeks to reach Australia 9. When told this they disputed my claim saying it would take two days - completely ignoring where I stated I was in a different country 10. They asked if I’d like a refund and I specifically stated ‘no my sister wants this one so we’ll wait’11. I then received an email saying I had been refunded - my sister was there when I received the email and she was visible upset because the ads looked so good12. When I asked what happened they said we received more stock but we didn’t like the quality so sent the refund instead ‘but here’s a discount code for you to buy again’13. Since the stock is still listed as available on the website I thought I’d try again but the discount code takes the price under the free shipping so it’s more expensive to use the discount!!!!HOW IS THIS NOT A SCAM!! As of right now the website still lists the products as available but they’ve stated they don’t have any - isn’t this illegal?
