I use the Nebula grande juicer every day, to make 2 pints of juice for a number of family members. The juice consists of a variety of fruit and veg, including carrots which are notoriously tough on juicers. Our juicer is now well out of warranty and I got in touch with Nebula to source a replacement part. They couldn't have been more helpful and within days I had the required part, free of charge.
