Replacement Parts and After Sales Service Are Key

i purchased the Nebula Grande Slow Juicer after doing some research and decided this represented the best quality, price and feedback from previous customers. I received the product and did a juicing session with oranges, carrots and ginger. I did need to clear the spout once or twice after processing the ginger as it is very fiberous and tended to block the outlet pipe. It did a fantastic job and I then went ahead and took it apart and cleaned it as per the recommendations. Watch the video for how to put it together - it is very straightforward once you see it done by someone first. The cleaning was easy compared to the pervious centrifugal juicer I had used for years. It has a few parts that clean easily. Here is what made this a brillant purchase. I have experienced plenty of times where the product you buy is great for a while but then you realise when something goes wrong how good the actual company is that sells the product. After cleaning the parts I noticed there was a self-tapping screw in th basin. It had come loose from the base where there are supposed to be four of these screws holding the base to the bottom see-through bottom basin. I sent the sales email referred to in their one page guide a message that evening and they called me the next morning to understand the issue and went out of their way to make good. I received a replacement the very next day by priority post. I can only sing their praises for such great service. One day later and I am a happy customer. I noticed when doing the follow up that they also have a full range of parts so no matter what the problem is, you can be sure it can be fixed within days. Having recently had an indoor spinning bike break down after two years that cost me 550 pounds and get told by the company that I have to buy a new bike as they don't keep spares and to then find out it is made in China just blew my mind. So this was a breath of fresh air in comparison. All I can say is make sure whatever you buy has a decent spares and replacement policy. Nebula certainly has.
