Overall the experience was positive. I had a little hangup with my sample, which had apparently become corrupted. Thankfully I didn't need to rerun the test. My only complaint is that I was never informed about this until I had pestered customer service a few times well after the three month mark: they did not themselves reach out to me to explain the situation.The only other thing: they make a big deal about the "credit" system you get for doing surveys, but I've never found an explanation for what exactly these are usable for. Some of the surveys can be time consuming, it would be nice to know what exactly I can use the reward for.
