I paid for a supposed 'quality' product on a website hosted by a certain platform. Today, I received a completely damaged item that is not even the same product. THEY DO NOT EVEN sell that item on their website!?!? The tracking number on the package matches the one I received via email when I ordered, which means it comes directly from them and is clearly intended to deceive customers. They are selling a product they don't own and instead send a cheap version of another brand that costs about $15 elsewhere. This is clearly a scam, and there must be many upset customers. Their review system is NOT working; it must be filled with fake comments. Yes, I attempted to contact them, provided proof and photos, but received no response. Who will refund me for this deceit?
