I would leave 0 stars if I could. Our mattress never fully inflated. Sent multiple photos, specifically the ones they asked for along with videos. Nectar Mattress company does not possess the technology to see videos sent from an iPhone. Not long videos either. Under 1 minute. I sent photos of the dips in the mattress but we don't have a tape measure because the bed is the only thing in our new house. They denied our request for a replacement. CLEAR dips shown in the bed with multiple pictures as well. Absolutely trash company. You get what you pay for. Buy a Casper or a Purple. We've owned both with zero problems.
