Kevin and his team were outstanding from start to finish. First of all Neilson Electrical suggested a really good EV charger as I was unsure which one to choice that was compatible with my Octopus energy tariff sending me a link to buy it online for the best possible price! Robbie the installation tech was amazing, he drove from Moffat to Glasgow to do the installation. It wasn’t as straightforward as expected, the consumer unit was inaccessible. Robbie and Kevin overcame this by fitting a new fuse box outside by the main electrical meter, only charging for the extra parts! All in all high recommend this electrical company, it’s hard to find helpful genuine tradesman that don’t let you down. I will be back for sure! Thank you Neilson Electrical.
