I’ve ordered several times and each time, my order was shipped out the next business day and got to me super fast. I had an issue where the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and I was offered a replacement within minutes of contacting the company. Customer service is definitely 10/10 and everything I’ve gotten has been great quality! I’ve yet to see comparable pricing anywhere else and I’ll certainly continue buying my research supplies from this company.
