Ordered one time from Nelow and they continue to ship and charge my credit card. I emailed them extensively that I didn’t enroll in a subscription and to discontinue any further purchases since September 3rd. Response via email appears random and AI. Don’t order from this company. Filed a credit card dispute October and just received Nelow email for November charge. Refused product and I have tracking proof it was returned. Fraudulent charges! No responses to my issues from their support email correspondence.
