I ordered and paid for the product but never received it as promised. The company does not have a phone number or address. There is one email that has an auto response. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card and suddenly the company answered by month old email saying they will cancel my order. However, they shipped it instead of cancelling and charged my credit card the second time. Horrible experience
