I notified them right away, but they still shipped another order a month later. The website wouldn’t let me log in, and despite multiple emails, they shipped anyway. I disputed the charge with my credit card. They’ve even asked me to withdraw my chargeback, claiming to be a small business. Their website is dysfunctional, and they lack a customer service number. Avoid this company unless you enjoy dealing with incompetence or scams.
