I ordered what Nemal would probably consider a very small and insignificant item.What I received was an amazing experience. Nemal somehow made this small adapter order of mine an experience that surpassed my expectations. The packaging: The adapter I ordered was sealed in its own protective bag. Then the item was placed in a padded envelope to protect in in transit. That envelope was placed into a larger padded envelope. This is a small miracle compared to my experience in today's shipping environment. The Item: The item I ordered was exactly what it was supposed to be, a very rare adapter for connecting to a very rare amplifier. The labeling on the adapter was also high quality. The adapter can easily be inserted in the wrong direction since it is a female to female adapter with a specific pinout, but the label looks to me able to survive the test of time, ensuring that I will never install it backwards due to not knowing the proper orientation.The documentation was included showing exactly what I ordered, including the specific comments I placed when ordering, and the price.A simple order completed extraordinarily. I can only imagine that with more significant orders Nemal would continue with their record of excellence.Incidentally, this is about the 4th review I've ever done, but Nemal deserved my praise for a job very well done.
