I bought the Nemo Hornet Osmo tent last year and initially was happy with it, but the flysheet started to come apart at the seam after a week of use. It is a lightweight tent, but the design seems too fragile. On their website Nemo proundly state "OUR PRODUCTS ARE MEANT TO LAST A LIFETIME". I contacted Nemo for warranty/repair and they told me in Europe it is the retailer's responsibility. I contacted the retailer in France who had no clue what to do so they told me they had contacted Nemo for guidance. Despite my follow-up emails I haven't heard another word from Nemo Customer Service. It seems Nemo's warranty promise is worthless, at least in Europe. For such an expensive tent this is completely unsatisfactory and a hugely disappointing experience. I had expected far better from an outdoors company that positions itself as a high quality, sustainable and trustworthy brand. I would not recommend this company nor trust their products again.Update: Retailer finally got back to me to say that repair by Nemo Europe will take more than three months!
