I had a mistake with my order and was very upset and automatically made an assumption that the company was not reputable. I was poorly mistaken. The company was quick to resend a replacement for the lost package and made apologies for the loss whether it was their fault or the post office, they took responsiblity. I am very impressed with their practices and highly recommend shopping with them. I will again. They are good people.
