Had a RIF upgraded by Courtney, and the experience has been phenomenal. From day one communication was second to none, we talked over what I was looking to get out of my rif, what was available to us parts wise and how long everything would take. He went above and beyond with everything he did for me, honestly couldn’t be happier. Got out with it on the weekend after receiving it about a week ago and it’s a beast.
