I placed an order for an Inter Miami KITAfter almost 2 weeks the kit arrived. However, it was missing the socks.I contacted “customer service” but received no reply. I sent further emails and eventually received an unprofessional email telling me that socks don’t come with the kit. Despite socks obviously being part of a kit and the picture accompanying the product included socks. However, further efforts to contact “customer service” resulted in being ignored once again.My next step is to report Neniy to Citizens Advice under Trades Description Act. Needless to say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
