I trade only from my personal mobile device, do not use any EA, copier, VPS, or multiple accounts, and have never shared access with anyone.When I appealed within their given 48-hour window, I received generic responses stating that the burden of proof was on me, but no concrete details were provided to support their claim. They also refused to disclose relevant information, citing data protection, which made it impossible for me to properly defend myself.What concerns me the most is the lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled. As a trader, you expect fairness and clear communication, especially when your profits are involved.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm. Traders should be cautious and fully understand the risks before committing their time and money.
