Stay away from this SCAM firm. I passed phase 2, did my KYC process, provided all the documents and the KYC got APPROVED. I got my funded account(you cant get funded account if KYC is rejected), traded on the account for a whole month, made profit, reached profit split day, requested payout-and they rejected my payout,saying my KYC got rejected. How is it possible that my KYC was first approved, i traded on the funded account and then when i request a payout it gets rejected? They tagged my KYC with criminal, i have never ever been arrested. I have told them i can prove this by providing a criminal background record, but they are ignoring me for over a month and doesn't answer.I also reached out to sumsub and they told me that they never did my KYC. So this prop firm are probably lying, and rejecting KYC manually.Edit: i reached out to sumsub again, they said my verification got approved, but Neomaaa rejected it manually.
