This firm was recommended by many good friends.I failed few challenge and when I finally passed a challenge, they rejected KYC.I did several KYC using sumsub on many other prop firm. But never had any issue. All my details are same on your profile as documents provided. Rep asked me to email compliance and its been 4 days of no reply. Completely ignored.Rep keep saying to wait more or just the copy paste answer of emailing compliance again. Very frustrating experience. This isn't an experience you guys can provide and expect $$$ from customer in this competitive space. Please spend your money somewhere else. Another SCAM Firm. UPDATE:They emailed back saying KYC Permanently rejected.I reached out to Sumsub and checked my verification result using transaction ID and it was passed.
